This my first DnB song, many thanks to Dave from boyinaband for helping me out with this. I did a remake of his song but with FL, he used Reason and I used FL and Sylenth for all the synths, I am going to make a remix version of this but I want to submit this version so I can get some feedback. Please tell me what you think and how I can change the sounds around to make it sound more interesting. The mix and master might sound muddy because I am not done yet.

Well, first impression is the high hat is a little annoying (for me anyway)...I'd think maybe panning it a little (along with a bit of automation on the volume) could create some really interesting dynamics. That could go for the drumming altogether. Nice choice of synths that bass is crunchy yet subtle just enough to say. So far, so good. On a last note, the name really doesn't fit, heh, I agree with the last person, Dark Alley makes me think some groovy hip-hop or jazz down a street corner. But that's just a personal note, look forward to hearing the final product. :)

Nice song.. but the title doesnt fit quite well, I imagined a calmer song.
