This was more of an experiment than an actual song. I made several little phrases, all in different time signatures. It starts with a phrase in 3/4 laid over a phrase in 4/4. Shortly after a bass line in 5/4 comes in. It feels uncomfortable at first, but then a beat comes that is prominently in 5/4. The previous phrases become a background texture and it makes for a very cool sound that is constantly making and relieving tension. Try to pick out all the different phrases.
