This is the first track on the soundtrack to my game, Grave E Tea. It plays on a loop starting from the title screen, through the first 5 levels. I wrote it as an experiment to see if I could write a song that;
1. Looped in flash, despite the fact that flash is really bad at looping (what with being frame based and not time, and the split second delay that inevitably results from that.)
2. Make something that captured the frantic pace and carefree feel of the game (Sure you are running around like a madman bouncing off of walls, but you are also just drinking tea and eating crumpets...)
3. Sounded appropriately retro (this game is heavily inspired by pacman, and I wanted the soundtrack to match the graphical feel, and co-exist with the sound fx.)
4. Have a super low filesize (I toyed with the idea of using streaming audio, but do to the low res nature of every asset in this game, ultimately just wrote a soundtrack that sounded good super compressed, and could be embedded for easier/faster looping without making the games load time to brutal.)
5. Be catchy enough to get stuck in your head, but also not annoying, because it will be looped for a good portion of gameplay.

This can be relatively freely used in other projects, I only ask that you credit me (Forrest Trahan) as I am the original author, and wouldnt mind a link to Grave E Tea being placed somewhere in your title (If sponsership or whatever doesnt interfere.)
