So I wanted to try out using some glitch plugins. I'm still getting used to properly using the effects so don't kill me if its weird. Tell me what you think, about my first attempt at glitch, and what you like/didn't like.

ill be honest it is pretty funky, and i think the only problem that ive got with it is that some of the glitches sound a lil bit more like lag than part of the song so i think if you slowed em down a tad bit it might improve the sound, but other than that a good first attempt

Nice work.

Before writing this I'd like to let you know I have 0 experience with any sort of music program. I can not help you with that aspect. What I can help you with is how to make it sound better. Now you say you're trying out a plugin for a glitch effect. Glitches can be a very cool effect in a song, but only when used correctly. It shouldn't make it sound like an actual glitch, but more like something that adds to the rhythm. A good example in this song is the effect at about 42 seconds. It sounds like the song is being warped, but it doesn't lose the beat and rhythm. A bad example is at around 50 seconds. It actually sounds like there's something wrong with the recording, and it kind of throws you off of the rhythm.
As for the song itself, good chord progression, I find it relaxing. Good work overall, just keep improving on your technique.
