guitars are great but the bass well i dunno... maybe too "lazy". next time try to add overdrived to your bass ( if you can with your computer ) I'm a bassit and i always play with my overdrive pedal, it's add a louder sound to the bass. And It' too well " po-po-po-po-po-po-pom" XD well to easy and lazy^^' but all the instument match perfectly^^ good job !
p.s.: I agree with the others : you need vocals XD
Thx for the advice, i kno what ur saying, i'll be sure to mess around with the bass some more next time! And yeah, still trying to get a singer! xD
Keep rockin \m/
I think it should either of been louder or deeper. It sounds really light in my opinion. A singer would be a nice touch if you can find one that is really good.
hmm... it actually sounds quite deep on my speakers... I'll try and listen to it from different speakers & see what happens.
Anyway, thx for the review!
good job but remember when looking for a singer don't settle for good look for great
Absolutely man! Thanks! \m/
Oh yeah, you're cool
Man, go out there and get yourself a singer! It's amazing!
Thanx a lot dude! I've been trying to for months! I'm starting to think im gonna have to learn to sing myself, cuz right now i suck xD
Anyway, glad u like it!
the riff was tight but slightly repetitive and the melody was even better also liked the decension in what i would call the bridge but not sure what you might call it. nice mixture of major and minor tones. BTW just asking for my own personal curiosity did you use diminished or suspended chords for transition im looking in to how i can try this and was just wondering.
Anyway awesome song. nice job
Thx a lot dude!! Nah I just used good ol' 5th chords, although, since the song is in C harmonic minor you could diminish the second degree (which is D), and it would technically sound great! ...now that i think about it, it would've been a good idea to diminish that chord... xD
In case ur wondering about the arpeggios at 0:59, they're just Cm, D#, Fm and Bm, with an added major 2nd. And then at 1:15 they're just ascending "sort of chromatic" chords non-diatonic to the scale, but it gives it a kind of evil, "metalish" sound!
Anyway, glad u like it! If u have anymore questions feel free to PM me!
