Not As Expected.

I will just lay down all the cards.

1.The Genre - It is not Heavy Rock at all.
Suggestion: Listen to Heavy Rock music a lot. Go and look for any materials you can get. Borrow some recording from your friends. Just listen to it and study the music carefully because I honestly think that you don't understand the Genre at all.

2. Music Structure - It has no structure, no direction.
Suggestion: Read a lot of stuff regarding this matter. You know what? we are lucky we live in time where all the effective structures are lay down before us by the previous masters of music. They already built the paths so that we can use them.

3. The Song is not that Interesting.
Suggestion: Catch your listener's attention. Always think that you've got only 6 seconds to catch their attention and after that their gone.

In a gist, you have to re -write it!

You know in Basketball, no matter how spectacular is the shot when the ball doesn't shoot in the basket it doesn't count, Right?

What I'm trying to say is, people don't care how you make it. In the end all they'll do is listen.

I'm Preachy!!! Hahaha!
I hope You'll find my post helpful. keep up the enthusiasm!

Aggressiveness responds:

We actually rerecorded the song twice... search for "Wild and Aggressive 3". It's much better than this.

Its like jamming whit friends one night drunk and not giving a shit...

Aggressiveness responds:

Yeah, our songs suck, but we're just starting out. Hopefully the songs will start getting better after a while.

This shouldn't have gotten through the approval process because it sounds to me like a bunch of stock Garageband loops.

Which isn't neccesarily bad, in and of itself, but this song is terribly unstructured, implying that not alot of effort went into it.

Plus this sounds more like skater punk.

Aggressiveness responds:

Nah, it's just that our recording equipment is total crap. We're gonna do a remake of the song which will still sound like crap, but have more structure and be shorter and the tempo will be a bit faster.

Not a lot going on, is there

Well, your recording definitely isn't top-notch, right off the bat. The guitar, especially needs some help. It sounds terrible. The drums... were they single-mic? They're very 'roomy' and not mixed well.

Aesthetically your song is pretty far from the heavy metal vibe you seem to be so attached to. The loud, punchy bass intro screams punk to me. The guitar line isn't really very heavy, that said.

The song is -boring-

Nothing happens for so long. You've got a few parts that repeat far too many times to maintain my interest. No lead guitar, no vocals. The track is missing something in a big way.

I seriously think you should tighten this down. This song should be maybe three minutes long with what's going on. That's the biggest thing I can tell you right now.

Aggressiveness responds:

Yeah, we have some pretty crappy recording equipment. We originally intended to be a heavy metal band, but it seems like we're more in the punk territory. So from now on, we're a punk band. We're gonna improve on this and shorten our songs from now on, also. We might re-record this song in a different way, but the production will still be crap. Thanks for the constructive criticism.

Didn't sound too much like heavy metal.

But nevertheless, it's still pretty interesting. 9/10, 5/5

Aggressiveness responds:

Thanks. We're gonna change our sound soon, but we won't sound totally different. The songs will be shorter and our songs might start to get a bit faster, but that's pretty much it.
