Here's an old song I've re-worked about a million times into a million different genres. I was working on a Hip Hop beat with it, and sent it over to Father-Of-Death, and he demand that he re-do the drums on it! So here's what we came up with, I hope you enjoy!

oh my.

Hmm... I'm not sure if your familiar with it, but this music evokes the feeling and memories of the game Mirror's Edge.

The artificially serene cityscape, pristine in it's totallitarian censorship, shimmering like finely polished glass to mimic the beauty and soul of a wild crystal, and yet Starkly hollow, and devoid of self.

The subtle but pressing pressence of the ever watching 'police' can be felt in this music in the same way one feels the eyes of the guards upon one's back in a prison, regardless of location, and yet it always eludes pinning, and seeing when saught, escaping back into the haze of cultivated sterility and structured perfection.

I can 'FEEL' this music in my core, and I feel my soul as if it is caged in these settings, and bound by the laws of those who envy us, for we have our soul, while they have offered up theres for shallow, and empty riches of the world, and now feel the hollow in their being.

Just... Wow, my words are all over the place with this one, my feelings, and thoughts as well, and i tried to convey them as best , and coherently, as i could, but I feel they still came across rather a bit scrambled hehe. I cannot wait for another of these soul driven and essence infused tracks to come forth.

It has been a while since I heard this song, so I had to listen to it again as I read your review. I'm so glad you were able to get so much from such a short song. Sadly, I don't think I'll ever be able to get what you did from this song. For no reason other than the fact that the melody/structure of this song is from a song I first made when I was 17, angsty, and going through a breakup. A very emo time in my life, back when I hated who I was.

I'll have to look up Mirror's Edge! I've never heard of it.

Wow. Just.... wow.

I love what you've done with this song! I completely recognize it and sounds amazing. And epic props to Father-Of-Death for the drums. I could totally see this as the music in a commercial game in a loading screen. Like when you're in queue to join an online game. It's very sleek & artistic.

Absolutely knocked it out of the park with this one. 10/10, 5/5, dloaded. You're on a roll, man.
