IMO you need to lessen the >_> I don't know the technical term but how much you hear the guitar over the beat because you can just barely make it out once the guitar starts going off. And that causes it to sound rather rough and yah. You could also not change the beat so much as you did throughout the whole thing. And yeah like you said it does need more bass.

Not enough depth.

The beat isn't unique enough to hold interest.
The guitar (to me) feels out of place with the synths because it speeds up your song for 15 seconds and it's straight back to piano or syth.
Also, there is hardly any fading so it's a jump to this jump to that.

On the upside i see some potential with some lyrics and some mastered sounds.
