I like the beat to his it's a very catchy melody. Like logic said though the drums are a little quite, maybe add some more oomph to them. I would have to say my favorite parts in this song would definitely be 1:15 when the synth comes in and then 1:33 when the saw comes in. Like I said the melody is very nice and I like how you vary it up but it doesn't stray off. Good job and keep up the great work!!!
It's pretty difficult for me to amplify the drums without causing ugly distortion. I should proly figure out how to do that though.
Thanks for the review.
The program is FL Studio isn't it?
Well, nice song, the title completes the feeling it gives.
If you made this on a different program than you are used to, it's pretty damn great!
Good use of FX, although the main synth/lead is kinda one-sided, it's a basic saw with some editing, you may work on that. Other than that it deserves a 10/10.
It's not perfect, but that's what makes it perfect, sooooooooooooooooooooooo yeh.
Good job, sadly there's not some kind of subscribe button as on youtube, as i look forward to your next submissions :D
Actually no, I made it with garage band.
Not sure what you mean by one sided though.
Glad you like my stuff, just check back often, and if i remember ill pm you when i do new stuff.
Thanks for the review and your time.
Get some other people to come look as well.
. . .
A couple things I noticed about the mix...
The drums are drowned out by the lead synth, especially the low end up to the low mids. Also the scifi effects that are really high pitched are drowned out just by the power of the lead more so then interfering frequencies. At 30 when you bring in more percussion you added a kick on that downbeat, but it overloads and sounds gritty and too loud. I like the use of the extreme filtering near the end, but I feel like the automation to bring it back in would be better off as a wave instead of a simple curved shape(which is what it sounds like).
I did like the general melody and structure and all that fun stuff, but I am a big mixing nerd, and couldn't comment on that much.
Kudos mate. Cheers!

First of all, glad you liked it, thx for the review and the 9.
second, the high pitches ur talking about, I wanted them to be a backround role, and occasionally drowned out unless u changed equalizers to your prefrences.
The thing at 30 seconds you're talking about simply has to do with speaker quality, im not sure how to resolve it. It sounds bad on my laptop, sounds good with my bose headphones.
I agree with you on the filter, however the way I did this was very complicated and taxing, and that was the best fade in I can get it to sound, I never liked it as much as I should, but yeah, you are correct.
Thanks again for the review, be sure to see my new stuff which i'll upload soon, and get some friends to come over, rate and review as well.
Please contact me if you would like to use this in a project. We can discuss the details.
