Title: After July Before September
Artists: Nubbin + Logical Defiance
BPM: 140
Genre: Progressive/Standard Trance

ahoy! LD Productions here with a fun little remix for Nubbin's Shameless remix contest. The original composition is by, of course, senior Nubz. Your probably wondering why it's named "After July Before September" instead of just August, and my reasoning was just that using that was simply too lazy and obvious.

Anyways feel free to review as this is by no means the absolute final version(just v1.0). I trade reviews to my fellow musicians here on NewGrounds, and I know a whole hell of a lot about mixing so that just might be in your favor.

P.S. Edit - It lost >.<

The Easyness just comes up !

Hey breed,

Well this sure is a Different track ! The composition is not very straight foward.. not that is a bad thing, its just something you don`t hear every day !
It`s too bad you don`t used any vocals.. that could really fill up the small gaps in the sound and make it more interesting !

But the groove is very good and deep...nice deep drum you used too !
It`s not my favorit kind off trance.. but the sound is really there is not much wrongs too be found.

Nice track !

ps: if u have some time please check out my stuff !

Breed responds:

Thank you kind sir. I am not a big fan of this track just because I left the melody so unresolving at the end of each other measure, so it just doesn't flow well. I checked out a few of your tracks and reviewed the most recent one BTW.

This is seriously really good. Makes me want to start over mine from scratch (think I'll do that, too). It'll take quite alot, in my opinion, to beat this. Good luck in the contest and good job on the mix.

Breed responds:

Thanks man. Good luck yourself, Cheeeeers

Loving it!

Definitely a good mix =) I really don't understand why it's score is only a 3 as of now. All the parts of it just melt together like butter. This looks like it's gonna be a very nice competition. You've got a seriously good mix on your hands here.

Nice one!

I like the whole track, the melody, it's EQing! The final version will be awesome, I'm sure about that. Keep up the great work, Breed! :P
Would be great if you checked out some of my work, too.^^

Breed responds:

Well, thanks mate, I personally didn't have to EQ that much because the instruments sat in their own place fairly nicely. Already gave a nice little review on your newest track. Cheers!
