i made this song today, out of boredom, and it has the great makeshift drums.
i hit my legs twice, hit the back of my acoustic guitar, i rubbed my legs for shaker effects, and a mechanical pencil for clicking sounds! ^^
i feel proud it doesn't sound like total shit.

I love it when someone makes a good-sounding parity of whiny teen music.

Okay: on to the review.
1. I liked lyrics (the ones I could hear through the music)
2. I liked the tune and choice of instruments.
3. It is especially cool that you didn't actually have a set of drums to put in this song, and that you compensated by hitting your legs and guitar
4. the only thing I have to really complain about is that I can't really hear what's being said after 1:04. Don't worry, I'm not going to take a point off for that.

Anyway:
Good song. It's catchy, humorous, and it doesn't have any spontaneous accordion or rap solos. The voice actor had a pleasing voice and was able to hit every note well.
I didn't hear any mistakes in the song, so, all in all, I'd say this is a 10/10.
As a side note, can you please post the lyrics?

thank you for the comments, and constructive crits, gotta work on sound quality and levels ^^ maybe separate the drums into left and right more and down them a bit.

It really isn't too bad a song as you say. lol. You can sing harmony too and I like it! Pretty horrible quality recording but nonetheless... you have some musical talent! Get yourself a record label. or join purevolume or something. but good job. Very creative. Great congo beat too.

Thanks ^^ The quality is due to recording with the singstar mics made for ps2 ^^ i need to get real recording equipment.
i want to set up a band with me and some of my friends. i have a friend who is a way better singer than i am and a far better drummer friend and an extremely better guitarist friend XD
anyways, ty so much for the comments, and i'll look into purevolume. never really heard of it....
