Don't think this is techno, but it comes close. Whatev.
I was really sucked into this project. I just had tons of fun messing with those old timey (and some new timey) Doctor Who sound clips. It got way, way too long though so I kind of went through like a maniac surgeon and cut out parts I didn't like anymore. So if there are parts that sound abrupt or shortened, that's why. I have no problem going back to this one however, so any suggestions in your comments are greatly appreciated!
