Mad in a good way!

One of the main gripes people seem to have with this song is the pitch. This isn't really bad for how I'm using it (against an optional fight with a mad scientist in an RPG)- in fact, it HELPS. It's perfect to accent the fact that the guy is pretty much off his rocker. That said, I think the background track noticeable in the beginning actually does start to grate after a while, but this is a great song, and I love the drums working up right before the 'high point' of the song- really makes it worthy of a boss tune.

A bit pitchy?heheh I said pitchy.
Well the song definitely fits right in with its genre but. . . I dunnah, it sorta. . . I can't explain it but there is something weird about the pitch. . . Whatever sfx/instrument you are using at the beginning, no in fact throughout the whole bloody song, the pitch certain sound effects/instruments seems to start trailing off at and distorting the sound. In someplaces it sorta sounds like a CD player thats dying, playing the music. . . um, in a warped, slow way. o.e

In the parts I have problems with, I can see where you were going with it, but you sorta committed involuntary OVERKILL.

My suggestion: Tone it down a notch. Literally. Or try eliminating those xylaphones(right?) in the background.

Other than the whole pitch thing, its pretty damned nice. 8/10 4/5 Cheers,
