Not that orchestrated. Add some more orchestra, and I will change my rating.

Good job. Sounded amazing. Although to me didn't feel like it was orchistrated since it was just the flute as the main instrument. I would have given you a five if you had maybe introduced an instument with the flute like a clarinet or violin.

I have to agree...

The lack of attack in the strings is really evident at the end of the song and at the point just before it loops. The piccolo took care of the melody, but when the harmony took the front the strings let me down a bit. It just felt a hair off.

Really nice!

This is a great little track! Haven't heard this for so long, it was nice to revisit it in this way.

I like that you haven't overdone it with a barrage of instruments. You've selected a nice instrumentation that works well with the song.

My only minor gripe is that the attack and decay on your strings patch means that it's impossible for you to express the slighter quicker note changes effectively. Maybe two patches with different envelops could work better.

Either way, well done; a great track. :D

Thanks for the review! There was a reason I used a piccolo for the melody...

Beautiful Memories Will Never Be Forgotten

Can you believe that it's been almost 20 years since Sonic made his debut? WOW.

Anyways, beautiful remix of my favorite Sonic song of all time. Highly respected! =D

DigitalDuck responds:

I know! You'd have thought he'd be slowing down in his old age. Thanks for the review!
