This is the second of your songs I've listened to, and like Rain Drops, it was far too short. Again, this would he wonderful as a transitional piece for either a movie or a game, but could still use some work. I didn't get that "winter" feel until the chimes, and even then, it still didn't hit me. (Kind of helps that I'm in the middle of a blizzard. It's been snowing for three days. THREE. DAYS. RAWR!!!)
For a more winter feel, in my opinion, you'd want something slower and more... tinkly is the best word I can think of. More chimes and bells, flute, higher notes on violin, and mid to high notes on piano, things like that. Maybe even a harp or acoustic guitar.
Of course, since I don't make my own music (yet, I'm planning on it though), you don't have to take my word on anything, especially since my talents lie more in visual art than audio art.
Of the two pieces I've listened to so far, they would be wonderful songs if you would do more with them! I realize that means more work, but wouldn't it be worth it to create that absolutely beautiful song I hear just waiting to get out? :)
Not downloaded. Again, not quite what I'm looking for, but more work and I'm hooked!
