. . .

Hey man, solid track you got here mate. I would up the attack on the pads and the volume on the percussion. I agree about the bassline being really awesome sounding...but your using Massive I bet! Lucky. Anyways, the song is pretty much loop-able which can be a nice touch for flash artists, and the melody is very calming. I have no idea what popraz is talking about with the dissonance because thats totally the tonic note that the pad is hitting. It does get a little bit fatiguing after a while so maybe have it end sooner but have a longer release. Anyways good stuff overall,

Cheers!

Thanks for reviewing this. :D I wish that I would have been able to work on this longer, but my laptop usb's broke and I had no time left to work on it.
EDIT: Realized you mentioned Massive. I'm actually using a really edited Nexus preset, I think and Sytrus for the Reese(not really a reese, but you know). I stay away from Massive as much as possible cuz idk how to work it yet.

Cool

Very cool ambient DnB, the beat and bass synths are excellent and they are probably the highlight of this track. It has a cool vibe that runs smoothly throughout the entire song, never breaking immersion, and the flute effect in the intro is a nice touch. The strings at 1:23 are a bit distracting because the quality of the synth is in dissonance with how good the rest of the synths sound. Otherwise this is a great track. Good luck at the contest !

I thought it felt a little empty without them. But dunno. They don't fit amazingly. Anyway, thanks for the review. Glad you liked the song.
