You know I had to do one for my favoritest game franchise out. The indelible classic first level of Sonic the Hedgehog. Went for a straightforward rendition, though the bass is a little off near the end. Lemme know what y'all think!

Reviews, votes, and constructive criticism are GREATLY appreciated!! Peace and chickengrease!

Like Goldendragon123 said, the sounds at the beggining are a little annoying, although I wouldn't add real birds unless you are planning to let them be the entire song here and there. I like how loopable this is, and the pace goes well with it, tho if you try a calmer feel with all the birds and all, it may be slowered down a bit, you could also drop the peaceful feelings with no birds and the same speed.

Not too shabby

To be honest the whole...synthy furutreistic robot noises ruined it for me. I don't have the talent to do this myself so i can't harp on you too badly.
A few suggestions for a furture remix of this song.
-Record some real birds and play them beofre the actual song starts, kinda sets the mood for it being oustide
-Slow it down a little, I know it's a remix, but the melody for this zone always had a peaceful...harmony to it that just made funs love it, and the speed kinda kills it.
-Keep chimes, though windchimes behind the music would add this sorta...calmness to it like a soft wind is blowing.

I close my eyes and picture the sound and it feels like someone walking outsie of thier house to look over this medow of soft grass, and then the song starts.

Wow the bird samples were that obvious? Lol well thanks for pointing that out though, I'll work on that when I make a mastered version.

This was actually more of an arrangement of the original, so I kinda tried to maintain the briskness of it. Maybe it could be a mix of harmony and speed, but I feel that making it too laid back would kill the Sonic-esque nature of it, y'know? Still I can work on that some, I'm tightening up some Sonic mixes as we speak so...this may be next :)

But thanks for the critiques dude! Greatly appreciated!

Very Creative!

The sound effects made it automatically awesome for me. Constromlie is right, some fine tuning would make this a better remix. Follow this advice and you have a perfect remix. Other than that, great job. Highly respected! =D

Sounds forest like

So pretty and calm, but all it needs is a little more mastering and it would be perfect :)

Yeah it could do with a little more fine-tuning. Glad you like it though :)
