A cover of "Love Spy", originally by Mike Mareen in 1986. if you don't like Mike Mareen then you are simply not aloud to like Italo Disco to put it simply enough. ;)

All sections - excluding drums - were hand played and overdubbed.

Both my Juno-106 and my CZ3000 got a real work out with this song. Especially the CZ with the crazy synthetic bass line.
My proudest achievement with this song has to be the Drums, full of complex rhythms and rather well mastered in my opinion. The Snare drum is actually a low tuned snare and a low tuned tom tom put through very heavy gated reverb. The end result is that beast of an electronic snare, it makes for some powerful tom fills too.

Tools used:
Audacity: Sample editing, final normalisation, conversion to MP3.
MULAB: Sequencing, recording, mixing, mastering.
Roland Juno-106: Lead chords, sound effects, blip arpeggios.
Casio CZ-3000: Lead melody, organ, bass.

Instant fav and five. 6/5 stars!!

Awesome cover, dude.

Very nice 5/5

Great remix of the once famous Mike Mareen song. I loved the drums and toms, but I think they have too much gated reverb, and some synths sound a little unsynchronized maybe because of the reverbs or something else. But other than that, it's a great remake of '86 "Love Spy".
Keep it up :D
