Easy Listening - Jazz

Author Comments

I realize this is not "Jazz" but there is no section for reggae so I had to put it somewhere. I wrote and recorded this song in about a week. All the guitar solos are improvisations and I used ableton live 7 to record and mix.
However, I really need all of your criticism because without it, I won't know what I need to work on in the future. So please review this song. If you took the time to listen to it I think you should post a review and a rating.
Thank you so much

I thought the mixing sounded great..maybe the guitar could have been split more to the sides instead of being center, that's the only thing I would try if i were to touch anything.

very nice

I think that it's crazy for NG not to have a Reggae section! Reggae is possibly my favorite music genre, yet I have to dig through the Jazz, Misc, and Ska section to find artist who do Reggae. Maybe I'll start a petition... or a riot.. depends on if I can afford any more pitchforks.

Hahaha that would be great. Thank you for the reviews!

pretty good

The first solo could be practiced. Other than that you hit the genre perfect (Reggae that is) at points I was expecting sum singing like Slightly Stoopid or Rebelution. Great track, I wish more people on here appreciated reggae rythm's. I'd love to see a section. keep up the good work.

Tombor911 responds:

Thanks so much. I can't really practice anything tho because the solo was all improvised...
Thanks for the review tho! =)
