My friend told me it sounded almost like a rap song background, and I'm pretty close to agreeing..

PLEASE NOTE that it is a SLOW song. Thats why I'm marking it as "House" genre, its slow, steady, stuff comes in, stuff comes out. But it definitely has the techno/trance undertones..
