Goal Achieved, very fitting for a video game
Contrary to happygoat, I actually like the vibrato this song brings to the stage, although I do agree that it could be lessened to some degree. At some points in the song it seemed like there was a bit too much going on to fully enjoy every aspect of it, and at times (especially towards the end), it just seemed to get repetitive. I would say this in the same way that I would criticize songs from Dragonforce, as to say that the inexperienced would find it hard to get all sounds heard, but others used to the genre could easily hear everything independently.
That aside, I believe you did achieve what you were originally aiming for, which is an 8-bit video game sound. This would go extremely well in someones game at virtually any aspect of it. As a matter of fact, it kind of has the same type of feel to it that the music in the recent game Glass Fish Rhythm does.
Overall, I'd say it was a great song.
