This is beautifully melancholic to me. It's the perfect thing to listen to when I am feeling sad about the past, it's like a journey to another place, just as your description promised. After a listen and remaining in silence for a time, I feel better.

I think the only think I'd change would be a fade-out since the ending is a bit abrupt, but there's nothing else to be tweaked. My parting thought is that this should be made part of the Spiritfarer soundtrack since it would be the perfect thing to listen to when a spirit goes through the Everdoor.

It helped me cope with several different situations whereas I needed a medium to transist and feel through.

I remember hearing this almost 8 years ago. I loved it then and I still do. Whenever I think about reminisce about those years this is one of the songs that comes to my mind. There's something about it that has left its mark on my mind.
It's so soothing, it feels like I'm drifting through time.
