This is a song about a few of the up's and downs i've experienced in my life. Beat is a collab between Fayde and HayWyr. Please excuse my singing lol.

hey

i think you got off to a bit of a slow start but once the song progressed your flow was solid
the singing was funny, it made me laugh
i dont like how you sped up the rapping tho, after singing, and then you were rapping quiter.
i say either rap 2x as fast as the tempo for the whole song, or AT the tempo for the whole song, prolly not both
i think like 25 sec to the first singing was the best rapping for sure, your flow got really good there
on the line "whats the definition of a sin" and after you really got into the spirit
but overall good job dude
i understand this is a hard piece to rap over
i hope you rap over more of me and haywyres stuff in the future
thank you!
Fayde

I sang just for you, lol. Honestly, I sang because you ragged my singin B4 so I figured I try to make it sound like sum cheezy 50's singer =) The transition was necessary because I wanted to have 2 full verses, and also thought it would be a fun challenge to write with 2 tempo's. All good and fun, I'll definetly be on em, thanks for the review

yessir

real nice, I agree with the review below, there are parts where the beat over powers your vocals. cool ass beat though for sure. Sounds like some shit from the 50's. I also like how you change up the flow after the singing, nice contrast. all in all very good.

LyRikLyNkLyNd responds:

Thank you. Yeah, the beat (by Fayde+HayWyr) is arranged kinda funny so I cramed alot into that last 8 bars. I'm not really happy with the fast verse, i'll prolly re-record one of these days when I aint out in left feild chasein another whip of inspiration.

Smooth

You put some personalized touch on your lines and flow. The singing at 1:30- 1:57 had a nice feel to it, but I thought it could have used a bit more emotion. Also, the vocal volume could use a little amping. This is a real dope beat, when I tried writing for it, I couldn't get anything that I felt comfortable expanding. Its nice hearing another kats take on it.

Well done man (on the song and the competition, let me know when you're planning another). Even if the competition isnt for a title, its a good way to get the creative juices flowing among fellow artists.

LyRikLyNkLyNd responds:

really this kinda sapped my creative juices, but gave me time to search around town for sum music for my album. I wish u would have been able to put 'of a coin' to this, but it went great on the teddygram beat. This is kinda difficult to rap to, but thats the point =) Also, singing is not my strong point, I just put that part in cuz I bombed an HW track that I sang on before and PJ disfavored my singing as well. It was kind of a ploy to put it out there n see if they said I'm gettin better at it or not, prolly not lol but I ain payin sumone to sing on a track thats goin on the net. Thanx for the review

LyRikLyNkLyNd responds:

The ending is my first attempt at rapping a lil faster :/ lolz. thanx for the review, the music is a collaboration by Poyzen Jams and Haywyr called 'Victory and Defeat' U can catch the track and both the artists all over the olskool hip-hop section of the portal.
