Well, this song is back once again, after some much-needed revisions to the drum track, some cool additions to the solo guitar sections, and a great deal of compression and equalization work.
Enjoy, peeps.
Oh, and make sure you listen past the 25-second mark: that's when the drums and bass kick in and it starts to pick up. And you wouldn't want to miss the two solos! ;)

Believe me, I don't like the sound of the guitars either, it doesn't come one bit close to the kind of sounds you can squeeze out of real guitars. If I had the ability to record actual guitar playing, I would.
Enjoyable, but...
This is fairly well done, particularly the solos and drums. But overall it seems extremely repetitive and doesn't seem to go anywhere. There's no real ending either.

Alright. Fair enough.
As for the song seeming repetitive, I can see your point there. The lead guitar mainly does one four-measure riff that I use quite a bit throughout the song. However, that's why I broke those sections up between different types of riffs.
Regarding your points about it having "no real ending" and "not going anywhere," I think those statements are entirely up to personal opinion. I personally believe that I structured the song just fine. :P
