The year was 2002... or at least I think it was. I don't really remember, but there was a great spot that my friends and I used to hang out at. The music there was always superb and the crowd was extremely friendly. In fact you could show up by yourself, make new friends, and probably end up at one of their houses. Unfortunately the place was closed down. I blame the senior's home that was in the area. Old people get really irate when they see groups of youths enjoying their lives. I can only speculate that it makes them even more bitter. That's besides the point. I once said that I liked the place the most because sometimes I felt like I was drowning in the music, and the expression caught on. I was fooling around with some free-ware programs and created a song, and had a friend of mine record the saying "I want to drown myself in the music, and never come up for air." To me, the only logical song title was 'The Euphoria Associated with Drowning' which in theory sounds great, but the song is kind of repetitive and not really the best because I was just experimenting anyway.
