Nice

I could totally see this in a game like Final Fantasy.

Sorta gives a feel of...

Something leading up to an average/major fight of some sort, like in what Jewelz123 said, for a fantasy/rpg game.

(Something else...)

So your a fan of Ryanide?

SOMEONE RECOGNIZES HIS NAME!

Yes, very much so.

Nice work man!

I thought u couldn't get any better but everytime u put out a new song u jsut amaze me even more. This one rocks. I always love it when u manage to blend everything all together especially in songs like this one.

The drums in the beginning are great and they keep on providing a steady rhytm throughout the whole thing which is something i like. Although, i agree with Supersteph54 about it not having an ending, i appreciate the fact that u wanted it as a loop. Still, it could use a sort of chord or note at the end to make it sound it actually finished, just my opinion.

All in all, great work. Brilliant. U can never stop amazing me. ;)

I'd love to live in this "village"

Great tune - I'd be honored to have this melody play in a village of which i lived in. xD.

ErikMcClure responds:

The village in question here is similar to the one outlined in Ryanide's Two Heroes, but is imagined as a small desert stopping place. As you walked through the entrance, the guitar would kick in, and after the melodic portion given here, another 2 minutes would be fairly ambient until it looped. The song is designed to give the town an ancient feel, and yet also a feeling of safety.

Wow..............

This is an amazing piece man, very nicely crafted and very artistic. The instruments blend in perfectly together and the overall piece is welded very nicely. You got all tens from me dude :) Could see this in a fantasy/rpg video game, amazing stuff. Make it longer!

ErikMcClure responds:

Making this song longer is somewhat tricky, since its designed as a subtle loop to be playing during a game, and so if I made it any longer it would likely be simple ambience. I probably could throw in a 3rd melody eventually though.

Glad you like it! :D
