Rose Town (Arranged)

I've been replaying Super Mario RPG recently, and good God it's been bringin' back memories. Ah nostalgia... how I love thee... Anyway, this is one of my favorite songs from that game, arranged for your enjoyment. Also, this is pretty much the first time I've figured out how to do a (proper) fade-out.

Original song composed by Yoko Shimomura. Original song copyright Nintendo and Square Enix... at least I think Square still has some say in it... maybe. *shrugs* Made with FL Studio 9.

(Truth be told, I haven't gotten to this song yet in my current play-through)

*Edit* I did an overhaul on it recently, and have swapped the file. I think it captures the spirit of the song better when real trumpet sounds and a baritone sax are playing, don't you?
*Edit2* Did some rebalancing, switched to a better Sax sound.

Manguusu responds:

*Loud laugh* Super Mario Sunshine? At least it's still in the Mario franchise! *chuckles* Anyway, thank's for the review, and I tried to get it less crowded but... well, you know, 'cuz you mentioned it.

hrmm

I like the sounds of the instruments in it, and I like the overall sound, tho it does sound crowded in some spots. Overall good job ;) 8/10 4/5

Manguusu responds:

Thank you. It may sound somewhat crowded, but that's actually less crowded than the original! The original still good though.
