The track is all there Great work!
The next step is to master this track.
something that is very important when finishing a great well written track.
The track seems naturally quiet. sound volumes need to be adjusted so that the more important sounds are in the fore ground.
your cymbals and intro saw have to much reverb at the start. you have the nice rain effect on the cymbals that way but just tone it down a little.
the saw at the start with less reverb and slight equo adjustment will make it sound really powerful and ready to throw the person into your thumping kick.
ok the piano is really precious sounding but it is falling into the background of the track. Those blips you have are louder than the piano making them taking away the lead from the piano.
the background is really nice. But the violins need to be brought up in volume just a tad. the new synth is at the right volume the one that comes in after 3 minutes.
your crashes are the right volume and the kick just needs to have just a slightly faster attack and decrease and end so they are a little bit more defined that way when you do the rolls they don't sound like they muffle each other out.
I hope this helps you out and I will be happy to help more.
I use many different instant messengers but i have aim always open.

Thanks for the detailed review! I'm glad you're so constructive.
I've got your AIM...and am currently talking to you....so yeah.
The wait for the climax that never came :/
ok the intro didnt really catch my attention but as soon as the plucky little synth jumps in it gets my hopes up but it does lack an actual explosion of some sorts its very one dimensional if i must say
thats my biggest concern
but now to the things i like
the begining synth is pretty rad actually and i would like to have heard more complex melody
the piano is so lovely and how the pluck combines with it
strings are off the hook
by the way im not saying its a back song i just think you could have done so much better with the "content"
but yeah keep up the work and im looking forward to see the your future work
Thanks for the reveiw =3
It's more of a calm song, it was more of just describing a...well...past wish I had... and when I wrote it down, this is how it came out =3
I'll upload some of our other work now, or soon. Perhaps you'll find tracks more suiting to your style =3
You don't know me, but our mutual friend Kristi asked me to hop on here and listen to this. At the time I didn't even know she knew you, she only told me after I finished listening and told her what I thought of the song. =P
You've got talent, that's quite obvious, but I found myself becoming a little distracted as I listened. The melody didn't change up enough, and I felt the instruments didn't quite blend well enough for a trance. The bass was also rather simple. Other than that, I thought it was a very good song, and enjoyed it well enough. Keep up the good work.
Thanks, I appreciate it, but there's one thing I've learned from my Trance experiences:
"You don't listen to Trance, you feel it" -- It was more of a layered piece.
But I'm glad you at least enjoyed listening =3 There's many different kind of trance genre's, but my main influence is Above and Beyond.
I simply do. The songs great, ive downlaoded it and ill also put it on my youtube colection of great ng songs :D MY job will be to spread it around XD
PM me soon...in fact, why not RIGHT NOW?! (as soon as you get this...at least...)
I'm so glad you love it enough to put it on YouTube. I would love to see the link sometime too. =D
