These are the "Green's Exercises."
They were made to make you a better player on the Marimba/Xylophone/Etc.
You play the first five notes of any scale, go back down, first 5 again, back down, then all the way up to the note above the root note, and then back down.

The first run-through is about how fast I can play them at (They are tricky.) The second is only 10 BPM faster, and the third is ALMOST touching what my percussion teacher can play them at. The fourth is a bit faster than what he can play them at.
