El Tío Ojo (meaning "the uncle eye" in Spanish) is a nickname I earned back in university in an end of semester, pulling an all nighter.... around 5 am i think >_<... we could say it's the state of semi-consciousness along with being really tired that you start saying/doing weird things...
So.... what I tried to achieve with this track, is expressing 5 different ways or essences of my personality, specially when being in "el tío ojo" state...
Some of you will think "why didn't you make 5 songs instead?"... the answer is: because this song is exactly the way I thought it will be, the exact length, and the exact combination of those parts.
The parts consist of:
1.- game-ish
2.- ballad
3.- wacky
4.- kinda progressive... or I tried xD...
5.- epic.
You'll easily notice the changes, the transitions are not smooth at all.
Oh, and btw, the (Pursuit) part on the title just means that I want to leave the project open, I would like to make another track with a combination of Essences, so I will be changing the part of the tittle that is in "()"

But dang it grew on me after like a half a minute into the song. :D It's a different at the beginning, but it's a good kind of different after you're used to it. :D Excellent man, keep up the good work. Now off to listen to your other stuff :D

I know that you intended each section to sound different but to my ears, it all sounds progressive with the Hammond, the chords it plays, the overall song length, the strings at the end, etc. With a bit of old fashioned rock thrown in. The son is still well composed.
The transitions are actually quite good.
And dude, you gotta let me know when you upload a new song. Your stuff is growing on me!
