sounds cool.
i didn't really think that the electronic drums fit with this tune. real drums or just real sounding drums may have sounded better in my opinion. but still pretty nice

Short song I wrote this morning. It combines acoustics, 8-bit, and ambient music.
Update:
I added about a whole minute onto the song. It is a lot more epic and drawn out. I put in some new pads, tremolo guitars, and a vocoder. Enjoy :)
Not bad.
The guitars and synth work is very enjoyable.
I felt that a lot of the drum work felt coutner intuitive when only guitars were over it - as if it didn't quite match up with the bars, or the emphasis was in the wrong places.
Aside from that, very cool. Reminds me a bit of Mono or Explosions in the Sky, but with more synth.

You gave me a good idea. I may try and overlay some heavier drums near the end. I think it will give it a nice boost and level the drums and guitars.
I gotta admit, I took a lot of inspiration from those bands and the vocoder idea i got from Mogwai. Glad you liked it :)
