This is for the amen break contest and i have put alot of work into it.... about a months worth because i really wanted to do this competition justice. i sliced...alot, i thought alot, and i synthesized alot of crap before i came up with the right stuff.

the song started with a melody... an odd baroque style melody that i thought would be a real challenge to make into a drum and bass with a terrific amen break to make it shine. i enjoyed manipulating the rhythms in this

at one point in making this i went crazy and realized there was no cowbell, so i responded accordingly! :D

heres to making this worth entering.

ummm...

well it wuz good except for the parts around 1:56 and 2:15 it got kinda weird. the rest wuz alright though, just a bit messy.

very unique. very good use of samples and melody. This is really really really good work. yes it is weird, but it flows amazingly well. worth a download. I think people just think this is a weird kind of song, and which is why it is not ranked as high as it should be. better made than a lot of higher ranked material. ;)

i knew i had to step my game up to place in this comp, so i had to loosen the laces on this one. i usually make weird trance styles, so i tried alot to bring a few trance style composition tactics into a D&B... i think thats what made it.
