I felt as though I was approaching the midnight hour as I listened. The foreboding tone from 1:35 to 1:47 was interesting, and gave me an idea for a villain in a fanfiction story I'm writing. Amazing work.

Ok, so the idea of this song is that an evil dude is having a monologue over the first 1:40 of the piece. He's setting up the race against time that the protagonist will have to do, essentially. The latter half IS that race against time. If the first 1:40 is boring you, that's because there should be some dark monologue over it. Maybe I'll actually go so far as to PUT a dark monologue over it at some point and update the file. =shrug=
Made this in a little over an hour out of boredom.

INTERESTING DETAILS: The song is in 4/4 time, and at 1:41 secs it changes to 3/3 for only one measure, to 3/4 for only one measure, and then returns to 4/4 with greater energy. Such a crazy and rapid change of time signature is not something I usually do, and it was a blast.
