Major improvement!
I really like the turnout of this version, the intro is great and it still has that very dreaming almost Euphoric feeling (hence the name). I noticed you took my advice with the drums and a couple other elements; it sounds much better.
The mixing is very nice except at a couple parts like around 2:00-2:10 the synths kind of muddy each other out, that could easily be fixed by just some quick volume adjustments...

So the biggest thing I would like to say is that I noticed you took out some of the older patterns from the original version that I really liked, and I think you could reinstate those. It would polish the song and make it PERFECT...

Here's my idea:
At 2:14 when that minimal pattern comes back in at the break down, I think instead of using that pattern, you should use the pattern from 1:49 in the "True Mix." It would really bring back the original feeling of the song that I loved so much, and it would recreate that minimalistic feeling mixed with the full feeling of the rest of your song.

Basically this song has a very large dynamic range of emotions as it takes you on it's euphoric adventure, and I think if you implemented my idea it would create a peak high and a low of emotion in the song, taking you through the full spectrum of emotions up to the climax of the song, leaving you completely satisfied in the end.

I would love to hear the full version, I had to wait for while for the drums to come in full effect, but once they did I was grooving in my seat. They just weren't around long enough, but I'm sure in the full version there is a lot of room to groove. Anyway fantastic job.
If you watch the tank animation with this it's like it is coming back from a ridonculous battle victoriously.
