Alright. I was on the scene attempting tracks a while back, I think I progressed quite a bit and it's been about 5 months since I submitted. I'm mostly making these tracks for a DND game I run, but if they could be used for flash or whatever I'd be more than happy.

This track's purpose was to serve many purposes, I needed an all around creepy, atmospheric song. It's basically a "you should be slightly worried" or "something bad just happened" track.

This is an audio masterpiece. It sounds very good. also i like the effects used. It's DARK and melodic. It would fit well in a Jak 4 game.

Fits the name, but has some defects

Starts very well, but the apreggio-like bass didn't change at all, which starting becoming annoying. It isn't such a bad ambient track, but sometimes it does get a little repetitive. The piano should have a little more emotion in this song, with both a bass and a slower treble; that usually has a powerful effect on songs like this. I agree with mjattie, the length was a little useless, since all the song did was repeat itself again. Instead, you can make it a loop; after all that's what songs in games usually are. Add some more effects as well, like occasional drops of water, and maybe a sudden loud effect somewhere near the end of the song (or loop if you're going to change it into a loop). In all, it's not bad. You fit it with the name very well, and some parts in the melody were pretty catchy. Some choices of instruments were quite good as well. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for the review, I'm starting to kinda see what everyone was talkin about with the repetitiveness, I probably should have made it a loop after all but even still, I appreciate the 8 lol.

at the beginning I thought: DOWNLOAD

but the song didn't really progress to anything and I didn't really like some parts.

The good:
Nice bells and synths, violins and clarinet(?).

I'd put some (more) reverb on the pluck at 1:03. The piano is strange and I don't really like it, it also misses expression (adjust veolicity) and most of the notes sound a bit off. the phasing instrument what comes between the pluck is not really my taste also. I think it's the melody it's playing. Also the lenght is a bit useless because it sounds like you've copied the first 2,5 minutes and then paste them after that. And the ending is a bit lazy, a fade out.

overall: this'd really work in a flash game. Not the best piece I've heard, but it has potentional.

5/5, 8/10

Very in depth, Thanks a lot. Yeah there were a couple of sounds I was unsure of, but i think in this track that's kinda what I liked, almost like it sounded warped to me.
