remix of Deadmau5- Brazil (Second Edit)

Rated 4.5 / 5 stars

Great version of a great song by a great artist! I wasn't quite sure when the synth started sidechaining, not saying it was bad it just didn't sound right to me. The reintroduction of the synth with the drums could've been a bit better too. Otherwise, great track!

great remake!

love it man!
this track is truely sick, however next time don't be afraid to really "remix" your songs. An extra touch from the remix artist can really help people identify with your unique sound. This mix honestly does still really just scream deadmau5 wrote this...

I dont in any way discount the awesome work you've done here though and for that you have my 5/ 9/ and fave.

Well done,

Nice Synths

I like your progressions and synths, with the sidechaining and fx.

The one thing thats bothering me though is that your drums are too quiet.

I tend to mix my Kicks at -6dB, Snares and claps around -7dB and hats -8 and under. Then the synths can be around -6 or -8.

It keeps your beats strong and your synths heavy but still powerful.

I love cut off automations, like that one you progressed into the buld up you did.

Pretty nice track overall, just follw my guide if its any use, and make the sidechaining a bit softer.

Thanks for the nice pointers. ill definitely try them out!
