I tweaked some volumes, side chained the pad, and added a piano. The intro, ending, and melodies are the same, except for the piano. Has a breakdown now.
I don't think I will be modifying this anytime soon.

Also, happy birthday to my big sister. 6/1/09 -KN

This is better, so be happy for that :)

I found a few things to be a bit odd though. There is a bit too much bass on the bass drum, either cut the release of the kick, or lowere the base EQ for that. Or maybe it just sounds like that because the base has notes playing with the kick. The Open hihat. :P, is a little bit overpowering again.

You still have that arp too loud. Remember, that isn't the most important part of the track. Because it was too loud, I couldn't here the piano at all. The sidechaining pad sounded a lot better. Perhaps add some more reverb/mid EQ to enhance the sound. The piano is the most important part of the track, so it should be heard.

Keep the work up, I'm really starting to like this track more. ;)

JinNJuice responds:

Cool to hear. I'm planning on changing the breakdown. Might change the kick drum a bit, although it's supposed to have a hard, punchy sound. I think there are enough reverb, so I'm going to adjust the mid EQ then. I think I turned down the open hihat enough. The kick drum is louder than the hihats. It could be my headphones, though. I'll adjust more volumes.

I found out the cause of these clicking noises that people keep on talking about. It's the Newgrounds audio player. I compared the downloaded file to the audio player, and it sounds slightly different. Mainly, the quality is better on the download.

I'll see what I can do. -KN
