This is a concept for a post-apoc MMO. It's orphaned right now and can be used for just about anything. The Journey of Man title came from the possibly of it being put into a machinima film, but never happened.
It's has a slow intro fade-in, with a military feel to it.

The second the song started, I though to myself "MACHINIMA." Shame it never happened though. This song is, as the Greeks would describe, epic. Great prelude, and it led up to a semi-dismal body. As for the end, you did everything right. When I pictured this song in my mind, I saw smoke, debris, an open field with several trees as injured survivors emerge one by one to retaliate and rebuild.

Yeah this is great man. Loved the snare effect, and pretty much everything.
isn't much to say other than, keep writing your stuff.
The snare effect is quite easy, just FYI. All you need to do is boost the high end, and then add some hall verb. Snare sounds aren't bright enough initially for me.

Feels like the intro to a Call of Duty or Medal of Honor with that military feel.
Feels like it's going to be a long walk... a long and perilous journey.
It's sad, dark, yet... we feel hope! Great mood.

That is definitely the feel I was going for. Inistially I wanted it to be a splash screen of a post-apoc game. The visual I had was a man walking down the road with broken down tanks and such, along with an m16 in his hand.
