Boo on the name. I was expecting a nice, calming nature-sounding melody with water. But all I got this was this T-shirt (pop culture reference).
Woo on the upbeatness. Kind of catchy and nice to hear 8 bit music for a change on here.

It's awesome.
This song would be cool to listen to while working on Flash or doing some other recreational share of work on the computer... I'm not sure what sets the mood, the 8-bit style? The unfitting name? The song itself? I don't know, but those three factors definitely just make the track cooler. And cooler.
