Now this track has a rather convoluted and harsh origin. The original version of this song was meant be for a final class project. It started out upbeat, relaxing and somewaht cheery but that was not meat to be.

First, the original project got corrupted by the class computer (thank God for backups). Then the computer itself crashed and ate the VSTi files I was using and I had to get my own from home; forcing me to change the track some because some of the VSTi's were incompatible. Then the DAW software I was using (on the newly restored computer) refused to recognize my project at one point and tossed out all my current changes (4 hours worth of work), making me redo it yet again. Then when I was nearly done, the teacher of the class made some last minute changes to the project rules; forcing me to redesign the track (again) to meet the new requirements. And to add insult to injury, the computer crashed one more time...in mid edit...and corrupted my latest backup. I had an older backup, but....it was at home.

And did I tell you the teacher changed the project requirements once more when I came back with the backup?

Needless to say this really affected the final creation of the track. The cheeriness is gone, replaced by a more darker, grittier pace. The energy is still there, but its now born from frustration, irritation and the determination to get the job done, no matter what. It is not from my normal muse of freedom and creativity, but from the devil of restrictions, rules and c'est la vie.

So lets hear the results of that. I introduce....

The Mood.

For being limited of what VSTi files you could use (since the stupid class computer crashed I don't know how many times) this is insane. Being able to stay within ever-changing guidelines as well- now that's talent. I want to hear some of your music that you made on your own now with no crashing computers, no restrictions, and no jack*** telling you how you have to make your own awesome music. I love this song and truly hear you out; even though I've never experienced anything as evil as that, I know how it feels to be kicked in the balls constantly. So amazing job, and I hope that that experience does not stop you from making incredible music. 5/5 10/10 faved and downloaded.

It sounds like the soundtrack to a Futuristic city. It's awesome dude.

Sorry to hear about your bad luck, but dont be disappointed by the final result.
