I'm working on a flash game and I needed some music. But there's one thing: I want to create all graphics, coding and music by myself. So: I started downloading some programs and experimenting with them. It took me about a few weeks to get sound out of it, but it took about a few months to get better sound out of it. I'm still learning.

This song will be looped when you are at the mainmenu and help-pages of the game. The game is a strategy game with tanks and troops. I imagine tanks and troops passing by in this song. First they are far away and then they are in front of you. At the end they go away. Then it repeats: more troops and tanks are coming in.

I hope you like it and please say how I can make it better, it's just my first classical song!

Woah

I agree with jesusbandy, a very good piece for your first attempt - I really enjoy this and could definitely see it in a strategy game. Haha - I can't wait till you actually make the game and we can hear the music with it! Very cool!

i like it alot

for your first piece this was really impressive. only thing i can say is give it just a lil bit more dynamic contrast when the tanks and troops are right in front. the picture in my mind had a much bigger difference between far away and right in front than your music did. other than that an amazing piece

Thanks for the review.
You are right with the dynamics. I'm still experimenting with it, because it's still pretty hard! But there are a lot of other loops I'll have to create, so the dynamics will be better next time.
