I can feel the pain through this song. This sad tune made me realize something, the one I fell in love with. Just recently, I asked her out and I guess she had the same feelings for me too. This song made my thoughts have meaning now. I am so glad to hear this song. Such a vast world it is.

Who likes a good story? :)
About a month ago, a close friend of mine sent me a short story she had written through email. At the time, I was going through a bit of a downer. No new music to hit the keys...no inspiration.....nothing but bunches and bunches of lifeless bars of music plaguing my hard drive. I read through her email, and unfortunately there's absolutely no way for me to express in writing the amount of talent this girl has with words. It was a story that involved someone going through the pain of heartbreak, but within the same moment, finding themselves again. Finding the person buried beneath for so long. Feelings that I could relate to instantly.
I tried to capture that story within this melody. It's melodic and progressive without needing to go out of its way to try to grab your attention. Just a simple, 4 bar melody that attempts to convey what Sarah already did in her writing. If you'd like to contact her, PM her at galaxirose. This... this is a track about a long, lazy flight through a grey, calm stormy countryside; the promise of life and movement all around you, but it's just a little sad.
Speechless...
Every time I listen to this song I get a feeling of sadness but I can't just pull away. This song is executed so well and really sets into your soul. This song rushes so many feelings into you that your overwhelmed by the emotion, in a good way. This is my instrumental music is the hidden art.
When it hits 1:22 with that repeated tune it slightly lightens the tone. Then when it hits 2:20 you feel another emotion that goes along with the happier tune. By the time the song ends all of the additional elements that were added make the song something remarkable. It's just so great.
