Cool piece to listen to

The slow, low beat is good. Easy on the ears and mind especially when it's late like it is where I'm at. The beat was enjoyable, which was what I liked the most about it. The beginning was a bit slow though, only because the song is too short to give the beginning more reason to be slow for as long as it was.

Not MIDI at all.

@Los, 1. MIDI is not bad. 2. Only the bass is MIDI, and it's not easy to get a nice bass synth for this kind of song, obviously you aren't filled-in enough to realize that.

As for my review, I think that this sounds fine. What you need, however, is a non-bass instrument going on in there, so people can actually recognize it. (sort of like the song's face) The drums are sick, and I like those arp'd sounds in the background. You could probably make it a little more intricate, but it's nice. And, for your first song, this is really really dope.
