Mixing techniques are improving, I think. I've been hunting down some extra VSTs, and doing great thus far. Hope y'all enjoy.

Many problems

But hey, I'm reviewing you, so it's my job to help you out:

1) make the bass drum more powerful. Right now, it's getting overwhelmed by everything else, including the bass lol.
2) The high hat is way too loud. The hat doesn't need to be that loud when you consider that it has that whole upper tier of frequencies to itself basically, so you can lower that a good deal without making it inaudible.
3) The rumble effect on the bass drum. If you're using fl studio, fruity reverb 2 should have a knob that cuts off the bass frequencies from getting reverb. You should use that especially if you follow my advice of raising the volume of the bass drum.
4) Turn the track volume down as a whole, so that it's not supercompressed, effectively destroying dynamics.
5) raise the volume of the snare. The snare shouldn't be quieter than those high hats.

Fix those things, and you should be okay, because the melody isn't bad at all. It's those other mix problems that's throwing you off.

And since I reviewed your stuff, you wouldn't mind sending a review my way, would you? preferably my newest song? Pretty please?

Oh and last thing, if you're looking for free samples, vsts, and udder shit, go to that's where I found many of my own vsts. And shoot by my userpage and check my most recent newspost if you're looking for acoustic samples and soundfonts to use. I have a complete listing of everything I use.

Bad mixing.

The hi-hat standed out WAY too much, get that lower, and it's an awesome song.

That's what I was thinking. Thanks.
