Well, I've been working on this song for a long time now!
It's so great to finally have it finished!
This is a combination of everything I've learned over the years and through my new project of little songs made in under 2 hours, and I believe I've come quite the long ways from when I first started.

Anyways, PLEASE give this song some time, it takes a while to build into its peak. The song really doesn't get going until the percussion comes in, which is my favorite part :).
Listen, close your eyes, and let the sound and the percussion take you away.

MoonSight 18 is about a young lad sitting near a river, as it begins to rain, and the moon shines through the clouds, mind you, this young boy has never seen the moon before. He is overwhelmed by its beauty, and his heart begins to soar.

Some people asked what the 18 was for, so... I put the 18 there because it represents how many times I exported the song from FL Studio and reworked it before I thought it sounded just right.

P.S.; Listen for the sexy piano solo!! :D
(It may be a little quiet so you may need to turn up the volume a bit)

I'm floating...

... in a strange liquid substance that I can breath in. All around me is a beautiful acquamarine color. I decide to swim around to check out where I am and find myself surrounded by strange amoeba/jellyfish-like creatures that dance around me and make some strange clippy noises while they cast some fluorescent lights at me. The lights increase and after a while I feel like putting myself in a fetal position and close my eyes. When I open them again I find myself in a hospital bed and everyone I care about around me with happy faces and tears on their eyes. I still can't hear them yet, but I understand that whatever happened... I'm back now.

Beautiful. Just beautiful. Favourited and max scores all around. Amazing job!

now this tune...

oh ma gawd, this one is amazing. i love that liquid ambience going on. Very minimal sounds going from left and right. sounds like crystal rain drops. The melody is extremely well made. I love the warmth of the song.

Sparks Visions :D

This song really does put calming images in your mind. It's peaceful and otherworldly, yet at the same time not too retro-spacey. I like it, and I shall give it a 5. :)

Btw, 18 happens to be my favorite number. Awesome! XD

you are good. you have visions before your music which is a great thing. i would have to say after listening to a few of your tracks that your mixing style is...just right, but not over board, i feel like you like the way things rest together naturally which i think is good to do for ambient music. its all about overtones.

anyway when i was a kid i used to listen to music like this every sunday night on a late night radio show till i fell asleep.

great work.

I always make my music based off of a story or vision I have floating around in this crazy head of mine. This is probably one of my favorite tracks out of my collection here on Newgrounds, and I'm glad you liked it too!
I felt some nostalgia as well while making to this song, it brought me back to my childhood, of my memories laying out in the grass looking up at the stars.
