Track two off the EP, "Act VI".

This song is pretty straightforward, after I joined the band actually I tried to convince the guys to mix it up a bit, and added a new lead riff in the chorus and intro, but unfortunately they were never recorded. Ah well. Enjoy!

T.A.W.G. is a 4 piece rock/pop group from Victoria, BC, Canada.

Bio off our myspace:

"The band started in 2002, but only really got serious in 2003. Several band member came and went, but ultimately left the band lineup consisting of Tommy Lew, Dan Mow, and Liam Styles. They remained a three piece officially until mid 2008, when Jeff Hilman took up the roll of lead guitar. Now, after a brief hiatus and mega-awesome recording time with Adam Sutherland and the up and coming release of their EP: 'Act VI', TAWG plans on making an impact."

Now there's a song to wake you up.

You know those songs where you have to listen for 3 minutes before you find the rhythm and begin to like it? This... is not one of these songs. 3 seconds in I was enthralled. The guitar and bass work kept the pace up all the way to the end. The lyrics were very well-done, clear and expressive.

Why did this band break up? You could have been absolutely HUGE!! Excellent song honestly.

guitardude77 responds:

Yeah, I'm a little to a LOT disappointed myself. Unfortunately, it was our singer who decided to pull the plug, and to be honest he is what made the songs.

Pure crap. Suxed pure balls man. -5 out of 5.
...Wait, this isn't Limp Bizkit. My bad.

Pure win. Enjoyed it alot. Kinda reminds me of fall from Grace. 10/10.

This is amazing. Where can I buy this?!
Seriously. Sounded like something that belonged on my iPod.

guitardude77 responds:

Thanks very much. =) You can download it for free here, because unfortunately our band broke up recently, and this EP was never officially released.

just so you know, i've given out only fifteen 10/10s
only comment: some of the lines don't sound like they have right number of syllables minor rewording might help it achieve pure distilled awesomeness.

guitardude77 responds:

Thank you very much for the honest review, and support! Haha. Yeah, I know some words sound like they drag on for a bit too long. Thanks for the insight though. =)
