I would only change two thing about it. First make the rhythm guitar louder. The lead should mix in with the other guitar, not overpower it. Also the kick is a little too strong on some parts, and it overpowers the rest of the song. Fix these two things and you have a 10 from me!

Somewhat half-baked, but............
also, pretty well done, i must say, though thats a bit of an oxy-moron, lolz, roflmao. You did a nice job, still room for improvement, believe me, but nice, considering. keep working at it, maybe some distortion guitar, u kno, make it a little louder still (just a tiny, tiny bit) , basically make it just more heavy metal-ish, with some screamo-vocals, and i'll definetly give u a 10/10!! don't change the way it is know, just add onto it, cuz like i said its still okay this way!!
i'll watch what i can do to that. vocals are impossible... 'cause they destroys the song :P
