I'll say the tune was nice, but it definitely needed more progression.
The first section with the vocals, that actually sounded good. Although at first it doesn't sound good. You need to listen to it more to realize :\

The 2nd vocal section didn't sound right. The vocals were too quiet and the tune didn't suit at all.

You need to show less repetition with the setup, try to do that better next time.
If you want this to do good, you have to try and experiment more so you can get better to make it good. :D Keep it up, you'll get there eventually.
