A short Piano piece I made while planning some things for my animated stickman series Katashi. It's intended to sound like a flashback or a short scene where the heroes reminisce their journey as they prepare to face their final opponent.

He clutches his sword, and yells out a cry
Like a warrior who is prepared to die
For what he believes in, for how he lives
A determined warrior with the sharpness of a shiv
A boy who's only goal is to avenge his father
Who died to protect him, remembered as a martyr
Charges at the horde of villains and demons
Death is their punishment for plotting and scheming
Destruction rains down from the heavens above
Into the fires of hell he'll plunge
A one track mind, no dynamic thoughts
He blocks out his pain because the fires are hot
But not as intense as the hate that he wields
Anger his weapon, reflexes his shield
His mind is his sanctum, asylum, and seal
His thoughts have him spinning just like a wheel
He's more a machine, less complete and less whole
He's lost his mind, his spirit, and soul
Sacrificed himself to cause devastation
A weapon created by human motivation
