The tension before an event you fear. The way you stomach tightens like a coil, ready to explode, your heart beats so loud you can hear it inside your head. You feel like quitting, but you know there's no turning back. So you jump head on, ignoring all. And then you are free of all fears. I aimed at writing a song that depicts these stages of anxiety, the tension that grows gradually in waves, until finally released. Any kind of criticism is welcome.
